Message Boards are ideal for announcements and feature discussions. Unlike Chat, you can create or reply to messages via email using a unique mailbox assigned to each project. This mailbox only accepts emails from project members and ignores messages from outside.
All message discussions are emailed to project members for announcements. Members can opt out of these notifications if they wish.
Creating messages
Go to Projects from the left panel.
Select the project where you want to add a message.
Click on Message Board in the menu bar.
Click on Add New Message.
A message editor will open and you can enter your message.
Click on Save changes.
