Some teams call it “Tasks,” others call it “To‑Dos.” Some say “Message Board,” others prefer saying “Conversation Board.” With taxonomy in NeetoPlanner, you can rename label names like “Tasks,” “Chat,” “Documents,” and “Message Board” to match your team’s vocabulary and the way you work.
You might want to rename “Chat” to “Discussion” or “Documents” to “Files.” A message board used for quick announcements could be renamed to “Updates Board” or “Team Notice Board.” Taxonomy helps you configure your workspace so it speaks your language.
