Leaving the project

NeetoPlanner allows users to leave a project, but the process varies depending on their role. Commenters, Viewers, and Editors can exit a project without restrictions. However, Admins must ensure there is at least one other Admin in the project before leaving; otherwise, an error will appear stating that the project requires at least one Admin. To proceed, the Admin should add a new Admin or change the role of an existing team member to Admin before exiting.

Steps to leave a project

As a Commenters, Viewers, and Editors

  1. Click on the Projects tab on the left pane.

  2. Click on the project you wish to leave.

  3. Click on the three-dot icon beside the project name and click on Leave project.

  4. In the confirmation dialogue box, click on Leave.

  5. You will be removed from the project.

As a Project Admin

  1. Click on the Projects tab on the left pane.

  2. Click on the project you wish to leave.

  3. Before exiting, add a new Admin or upgrade one of your team members to Admin.

  4. Click on the three-dot icon next to the project name and click on Leave project.

  5. In the confirmation dialogue box, click on Leave.

  6. You will be removed from the project.
