With webhooks, you can get alerts from third-party apps. For example, connect Honeybadger to get instant error notifications or use Cronitor to monitor your website's uptime.
These alerts will be added to Chat as messages from the respective sender. You can do this by sending a POST request to the URL provided under Actions > Notification Preferences in your project, from an external source, you will receive a chat message whenever a request is posted.
